Impotence. This term should make you (boys) stay away from smoking right away. If you don’t know what is impotence, this is the inhability to have an erection. The penile erectile dysfunction affects 10 percent of mens, and risks are increased of 50% for smokers. Do you understand this ? Smokers have 50% more risk to get impotent.

You may are still young, and have a good… energy, or sexual health but stopping smoking could let you have erection when you’ll be older, and when needed, and also last longer in bed (right now). The sad fact is that hundreds of thousands mens are impotent at 30 or 40 because of smoking. I don’t know about you, but at 30 or 40, I would still like to have sex with the person I love. Of course there are other reasons of impotency but if you are a smoker, you are taking that risk. Can you see you not able to get hard at 30 because of smoking ?

So you may think now that if you will get impotent you will know it is time for you to stop, but is it necessary to remind you how difficult is to stop smoking ? So act as soon as possible. Also, people are not so aware that impotence can be caused by smoking. But information and prevention are more and more available. People are more informed nowadays and may think that because you are smoking, you may already be impotent. Even if it is wrong, you never know what people think. (Okay, you might find this argument not really logical, but it’s just another reason)

How smoking provokes impotence ?

Toxins like carbon monoxide prevent blood from reaching the penile tissues. An erection exists because of blood flows that pressure the penis area. Sticky substance deposits in your veins and of course in the veins carrying the blood to the penis. The blood flow is stopped and therefore the erection is difficult to get or maintain. Less blood equals low or no erection.

Stop smoking now, reduce risks of imptence and improve your sexual health. That’s a simple reason and that’s a VERY good reason.
