At the end of sessions the body want to reject the cigarette and you don’t want to smoke anymore since you feel the taste and smell ugly. Some people swear by acupuncture but some studies showed that it can’t be proven that acupuncture is helpful to quit smoking. Hit or miss. Anyway it can be worth a try and work for you.

Laser therapy to stop smoking stimulates acupuncture points (maybe a confirmation that acupuncture works) and requires only one treatment. The treatment is totally painless and actually relaxing, and last about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Success rates reported are as high as 80% up to 90%, with immediate results. The price is around $300 so if you can afford it this is of course a solution to try.
These alternative ways to stop smoking are effective. They have all produced impressive results but now, this is up to you to make your choice and see what will work for you.
